DAY 17 APRIL 10

| Isolation House |
Things have been quiet for the past few days. I had a couple infusions of electrolytes and steroids today. Nothing too serious. Kind Chemo!
I was able to re-read the information packet that they give you about the details of the procedure. It is hard core science! They really tweak everything to give patients the best possible outcome.
Thought I might mention a few little things since I don't have much else to say. The room has been a comfortable temperature the whole time I have been here. Never too warm or too cold. Very pleasant!
Hot water is on about a five minute meter. Time to shower but no tankless water heater showers happening here!
So tomorrow I receive my stem cells in the afternoon. Katja (Norway) got her's today and said it was not too bad. A couple hours.
They keep them stored in liquid nitrogen and thaw them and then pump them back in. I think they check to make sure they have the right ones! I wish they could add some Spiderman additive to mine.
Got Carson's travel plans home the other day. July 11th. Crazy!

It has Napa Time! Love you Paul!! ❤️
ReplyDeleteGood stuff man. keep fighting! :-D
ReplyDeleteGlad to hear the chemo has not been too hard on you. I think I would rather have chemo than that food. But you keep saying the food is pretty good. Hey if it works for you I am happy for you.
ReplyDeleteHey Paulie, Deb and I are glad everything is going well. I tried to post something a couple of days ago but I don’t know if it worked! By the way the food rocks! Kidding. I’m sure that’s all down to a science too. Say hi to Lynnette for us.
